ЕБРР констатирует, что проект по строительству газопровода Унгены-Кишинев осуществим

Европейский банк реконструкции и развития (ЕБРР) констатировал, что проект по строительству газопровода Унгены-Кишинев осуществим. Об этом заявил сегодня на заседании кабинета министров вице-премьер, действующий министр экономики Стефан Брид, сообщает Молдпрес. По мнению экспертов банка, общая стоимость проекта оценивается примерно в 83,7 млн. евро, без учета компрессорных станций. По завершении перевода технико-экономического обоснования (ТЭО) на государственный язык начнутся открытые 120-дневные консультации, - сказал вице-премьер. На следующую неделю запланирована трехсторонняя встреча между молдавским правительством, румынским кабмином и международными донорами, ЕБРР и Европейским инвестиционным банком. Одновременно должен быть разработан и технический проект, чтобы строительные работы начались в 2016 году, как было намечено ранее. Врио премьера Георге Брега отметил, что нужно настаивать на варианте строительства газопровода диаметром 600, а не 500, как предусмотрено ТЭО, чтобы исключить компрессорные станции и увеличить пропускную способность до 2,5 млрд. кубометров в год. Чтобы продлить газопровод Яссы-Унгены до Кишинева, еще примерно на 100 километров, требуются инвестиции в 70-100 млн. евро, из которых 10 млн. будет выделено Европейским союзом. Часть денег поступит в виде кредитов, в частности от финансовых учреждений Европейского cоюза – ЕБРР и Евроинвестбанка. Затраты на строительство газопровода Унгены-Кишинев на сумму 300 млн. леев, предусмотренные в государственном бюджете на 2015 год, были сокращены, так как не была завершена работа по проведению экспертизы и проектированию.
