Elveţia continuă susţinerea proiectelor moldoveneşti

Asistența financiară acordată Republicii Moldova va fi extinsă pentru noi proiecte de dezvoltare, a anunţat Directorul General al Agenţiei Elveţiene pentru Dezvoltare şi Cooperare (SDC), Manuel Sager, în timpul întrevederii Președintelui Parlamentului Andrian Candu, care se afla cu o vizită oficială în Elveţia, ţară care este, ca importanţă, cel de-al 4-lea donator bilateral al Republicii Moldova. Andrian Candu a propus mai multe domenii noi, care ar putea fi susținute prin intermediul SDC. În particular, Președintele Parlamentului a vorbit despre un program care ar putea aduce noi oportunități pentru oamenii care vor să revină în Moldova. De asemenea, el a informat partenerii despre proiectele adoptate și inițiativele elaborate pentru a încuraja dezvoltarea businessului mic și mijlociu. Alte proiecte discutate vizează educația, mediu, dezvoltare durabilă, suport pentru copiii și tinerii aflați în dificultate, eficienţa energetică şi energia regenerabilă și susținerea organizațiilor neguvernamentale preocupate de domeniile nominalizate. ”Moldova este o prioritate pentru noi și suntem deschiși să contribuim pentru un climat favorabil dezvoltării țării”, a declarat Directorul General al Agenției Elveţiene pentru Dezvoltare şi Cooperare (SDC), Manuel Sager. De asemenea, SDC a exprimat disponibilitate de a acorda în următorii patru ani suport Moldovei în domeniul sănătății și educației vocaționale. ”Avem mare nevoie de meseriași și avem un deficit de forță de muncă în anumite domenii solicitate de piață. O forță de muncă bine instruită este o condiție pentru a crește volumul de investiții și îmbunătățirea climatului de afaceri, în special dacă se va lucra în cooperare cu businessul”, a opinat președintele Parlamentului. El a mulțumit, totodată, pentru asistența acordată în perioada 2014-2017 în sănătate, aprovizionare cu apă potabilă, migrație şi dezvoltare. Cca 40 mii de locuitori ai Moldovei au obținut acces la apă potabilă de calitate, în timp ce impactul investițiilor pentru diagnosticarea, prevenirea și controlul bolilor netransmisibile urmează să fie evaluat în timp. Proiectul vizează, în special, locuitorii din zona rurală care suferă de diabet, cancer, boli cardio-vasculare.
