Energia termică în municipiul Chișinău se scumpește cu peste 8%

Consiliul de administraţie al Agenţiei Naţionale pentru Reglementare în Energetică (ANRE) a aprobat o majorare cu 8,2 la sută a tarifului mediu la energia termică furnizată de Termoelectrica consumatorilor. Aceştia vor plăti 1 068 de lei (fără TVA) pentru o gigacalorie, cu 81 de lei mai mult decît achită în prezent. Potrivit hotărîrii ANRE, noile tarife intră în vigoare de la 1 octombrie 2016. Agenția a examinat calculele și materialele prezentate de întreprindere, ”bazîndu-se pe principiul acoperirii consumurilor şi cheltuielilor minime necesare și justificate pentru desfășurarea normală a activităţii reglementate, cu utilizarea eficientă a capacităţilor de producţie”. ANRE a luat în calcul costuri totale reglementate mai mici decît cele invocate de Termoelectrica, de asemenea, costuri operaționale și de livrare mai joase, a acceptat pierderi mai mici decît cele solicitate de furnizorul de agent termic. Termoelectrica a solicitat majorarea tarifului pentru energia termică livrată consumatorilor cu 27,4 la sută, pînă la 1257,38 lei/Gcal. Ultima ajustare a tarifelor pentru livrarea agentului termic a fost operată în octombrie 2011, cînd a fost stabilit un tarif de 987 lei pentru o gigacalorie. Reprezentanţii celui mai mare furnizor de energie termică afirmă că întreprinderea trece printr-o criză fără precedent, iar datoriile istorice se ridică la aproximativ 2,6 mlrd. lei. Majorarea tarifului de 3,5 ori mai puțin decît a solicitat Termoelectrica ar putea crea o situație de criză la întreprindere în următoarele luni, cînd ea nu va fi capabilă să achite facturile pentru consumul de gaze, a declarat directorul întreprinderii Veaceslav Eni. El a adăugat că majorarea tarifelor este o condiție stabilită și de Banca Mondială, pentru a putea semna un Acord. Termoelectrica a fost creată în luna iunie 2015 ca urmare a procesului de reorganizare a trei entităţi existente anterior – Termocom, CET-1 și CET-2. Ultima ajustare a tarifelor pentru livrarea agentului termic a fost operată în octombrie 2011, cînd s-a stabilit un tarif de 987 lei pentru o gigacalorie.
