ЕС поможет улучшить законодательство об органическом фермерстве

В Молдову прибыл эксперт Европейского союза Жан-Мари Гобо (Jean-Marie Gobeaux) для предоставления консультативной помощи в отношении гармонизации национального законодательства с положениями ЕС об органическом фермерстве в контексте подписанного Соглашения об ассоциации РМ-ЕС, передает Noi.md. Пятидневный визит эксперта ЕС в Кишинев был организован Инструментом Технической Помощи и Информационного Обмена Европейской Комиссии (TAIEX) в ответ на соответствующий запрос, полученный от Министерства сельского хозяйства и пищевой промышленности Молдовы. Прибывший в Молдову европейский эксперт представит соответствующие положения законодательства ЕС в отношении органического производства, маркировки, доступа к рынку и импорта органической продукции, а также предоставит рекомендации молдавским коллегам относительно гармонизации их национального законодательства по вопросам органического фермерства с законодательством ЕС. Как указано в программе миссии, эксперт проведет встречи с представителями различных государственных органов, включая Министерство сельского хозяйства и пищевой промышленности и сертификационный орган органической продукции, с целью проведения двусторонних обсуждений и тематических рабочих групп, где будут детально проработаны вышеуказанные темы. TAIEX – это Инструмент Технической Помощи и Информационного Обмена Европейской Комиссии. Инструмент TAIEX предназначен для оказания поддержки странам-партнерам в вопросах сближения национального законодательства, нормативных положений и стандартов качества с теми, что применяются в странах-членах ЕС, в рамках подписанных соглашений с ЕС об ассоциированном членстве или сотрудничестве. Поддержка оказывается в рамках экспертных миссий, практических тренингов или семинаров, а также рабочих поездок. В рамках Восточного соседства, инструмент TAIEX работает с Арменией, Азербайджаном, Беларусью, Грузией, Молдовой и Украиной.
