Еще одно продление сроков

Крайний срок предоставления Молдове кредита ЕИБ в сумме 75 млн евро для реализации проекта восстановления дорог будет продлен до 31 декабря 2018 г. Это предусматривает одобренная Правительством ратификация двух поправок к контракту между Молдовой и Европейским инвестиционным банком о финансировании названного проекта. Договор с ЕИБ о выделении кредитов в сумме 75 млн евро на эти цели был подписан в Кишиневе 23 ноября 2010 г. Работы должны были начаться в 2011 г. и завершиться до конца 2013 г. Однако, в связи с замедленной реализацией Проекта восстановления дорог, обозначенный в документе крайний срок предоставления кредита ЕИБ в декабре 2015 г. был продлен с конца 2013 г. до конца 2016 г. В отсутствие прогресса при выполнении подрядчиками работ по ремонту дорог, Правительство предложило еще раз продлить крайний срок выделения кредита ЕИБ, на этот раз - до 31 декабря 2018 г. Продление срока действия займа после подписания поправок будет способствовать сокращению количества финансовых средств, которые могут быть выделены из госбюджета для завершения проекта в случае невыполнения условий соглашения о финансировании. Кроме того, поправка N2 к контракту с ЕИБ предусматривает изменение маржи, установленной для выделяемых кредитных траншей и других финансовых аспектов, связанных с продлением срока действия кредита.
