Evaluarea îndeplinirii condiţionalităţilor pentru debursarea asistenţei macrofinanciare

Prim-ministrul Pavel Filip a menţionat, că sunt întreprinse toate măsurile necesare pentru a asigura funcţionalitatea şi independenţa Autorităţii Naţionale pentru Integritate şi a Oficiului pentru Prevenirea şi Combaterea Spălării Banilor, iar lupta împotriva corupţiei şi reformele în justiţie rămân prioritare şi în acest an. Declaraţia a fost făcută în cadrul unei şedinţe cu Misiunea Directoratului General ”ECFIN” din cadrul Comisiei Europene, aflate la Chişinău pentru evaluarea îndeplinirii celor zece condiţionalităţi pentru debursarea primei tranşe a asistenţei macrofinanciare din partea UE. De asemenea, premierul a confirmat că Guvernul se bucură de susţinerea Parlamentului în implementarea condiţionalităţilor legislative pentru debursarea asistenţei macrofinanciare. Mai mult ca atât, Pavel Filip a menţionat că pentru sesiunea de primăvară-vară a Legislativului se propune realizarea angajamentelor pentru următoarele tranşe, precum şi aprobarea Legii bugetului. Reprezentanţii Misiunii Directoratului General ”ECFIN” din cadrul Comisiei Europene au apreciat programul ambițios de reforme. Totodată, evaluatorii au constatat un bun progres nu doar pentru prima tranșa, încurajând Guvernul să fortifice segmentul financiar-bancar şi să promoveze reformele sectoriale, în particular, să depună eforturile pentru combaterea corupţiei şi să urgenteze procesul de reforme în justiţie. Republica Moldova şi Uniunea Europeană au semnat pe 23 noiembrie 2017, la Bruxelles, pachetul de documente privind acordarea asistenţei macrofinanciare de 100 mil. euro Republicii Moldova, din care 40 mil. euro vor fi acordate sub formă de grant, iar 60 mil. euro vor constitui împrumut. Resursele financiare vor fi alocate în trei tranșe egale, în funcție de progresele înregistrate în implementarea condiționalităților stabilite în Memorandumul semnat între Republica Moldova și Uniunea Europeană.
