Европейская комиссия утвердила новую программу макрофинансовой помощи для Молдовы в размере 100 млн евро

Как отмечается в сообщении Еврокомиссии, предлагаемые средства помогут нашей стране удовлетворить свои краткосрочные потребности в финансировании. Согласно принятому в пятницу решению, до 40 млн евро макрофинансовой помощи ЕС предоставит Молдове в виде грантов, 60 млн евро - в виде среднесрочных кредитов на выгодных финансовых условиях. Зампредседателя Еврокомиссии по вопросам евро, социального диалога и финансовых услуг Валдис Домбровскис сказал, что эта помощь поможет удовлетворить насущные потребности Молдовы в финансировании и стабилизировать экономику страны. Он выразил уверенность, что «условия, связанные с этим финансированием, будут способствовать улучшению экономического управления в стране и стимулировать жизненные реформы». Еврокомиссар по экономическим и финансовым делам, налоговой и таможенной политике Пьер Московиси отметил усилия Молдовы, направленные на проведение стабильной политики и решением давних проблем с уязвимостью. Он подчеркнул, что сегодня Еврокомиссия решила предоставить дополнительную поддержку нашей стране для сохранения ее макроэкономической стабильности, повышения эффективности управления и достижения более устойчивого и инклюзивного экономического роста. Макрофинансовая помощь является инструментом кризисного реагирования Евросоюза, который доступен для стран, граничащих с ЕС, и предоставляется им на индивидуальной основе для поддержки в период экономических преобразований и структурных реформ. Помощь ЕС в сумме 100 млн. евро предоставляется в качестве дополнения к кредитной программе Молдовы с МВФ, утвержденной Советом директоров фонда 7 ноября 2016 г. Предыдущая макрофинансовая помощь ЕС для Молдове составляла 90 млн евро и была представлена только грантами, она была успешно реализована в 2010-2012 гг. Новая макрофинансовая помощь ЕС для Молдовы будет предоставляться тремя траншами - в 2017 и в 2018 г.
