Executarea bugetului asigurărilor sociale de stat în 9 luni ale anului 2016

Pe parcursul a 9 luni ale anului 2016 în bugetului asigurărilor sociale de stat au fost acumulate venituri în sumă de 11110,6 mil. lei sau 74,3% din suma anuală aprobată de 14945,7 mil. lei. Contribuţii de asigurări sociale de stat obligatorii s-au acumulat în sumă de 7222,8 mil. lei, sau 70,8% din suma anuală aprobată de 10202,6 mil. lei. Transferurile de la bugetul de stat s-au finanţat în sumă de 3883,2 mil. lei, în corespundere cu cererile de finanţare, din care:
  • 2761,4 mil. lei - destinate plăţii prestaţiilor de asistenţă socială şi altor plăţi, care conform legislaţiei sunt finanţate din bugetul de stat;
  • 1121,7 mil. lei – destinate pentru acoperirea deficitului de venituri proprii, precum şi pentru acoperirea decalajului temporar de casă a mijloacelor financiare în BASS în perioada de plată a prestaţiilor sociale.
Cheltuielile totale ale bugetului asigurărilor sociale de stat în perioada raportată au fost executate în sumă de 11147,6 mil. lei sau 74,4% din suma anuală aprobată de 14976,1 mil. lei. Casa Naţională de Asigurări Sociale şi-a onorat integral obligaţiile financiare faţă de beneficiari şi toate tipurile de prestaţii sociale au fost finanţate în volum deplin, fără restanţe. În 9 luni ale anului 2016, cheltuielile totale au depăşit veniturile totale executate ale bugetului asigurărilor sociale de stat cu 37,0 mil. lei. Soldul mijloacelor băneşti la conturile CNAS la situaţia 1 octombrie 2016 a constituit 118,4 mil. lei.
