Eximbank are un nou președinte al Consiliului de administrație

Schimbări radicale în managementul a două bănci din Republica Moldova cu 100% capital străin. Astfel, Consiliul de Administrație al grupului italian Veneto Banca, a ales pe 9 februarie o nouă conducere a filialei din Moldova - Eximbank. Potrivit unui comunicat de presă al Gruppo Veneto Banca, noul președinte al Consiliului de Administrație Eximbank este avocatul Maurizio Benvenuto, care activează în prezent în cadrul grupului Intermobiliare din care face parte şi Veneto Banca. Totodată, membrii aleși ai Consiliului de Administrație sunt românul Cristian Colțeanu, fost șef la General Electric România și fostul director general Banca Italo (România) Gheorghe Muntean. De asemenea, ceilalți doi consilieri sunt Vincenzo Farina și Paolo Mariani, de asemenea, fost director Banca Italo Romena. În acelaşi timp, Eximbank rămâne în continuare cu doar doi din cei cinci membri ai Comitetului de Conducere. Chiar dacă pe pagina WEB a băncii, director general mai figurează Lucio Luigi Gaita, acesta nu mai ocupă această funcţie. Şi ProCredit Bank, controlată de băncile germane ProCredit Holding AG şi KfW cu 82,09% şi, respectiv, 14,1% trece printr-un amplu proces de restructurare, scrie mold-street. Vladislav Gârbu a demisionat din funcţia de preşedinte, iar la începutul acestui an în Comitetul de Conducere mai rămăsese doar un membru din cei cinci. Ulterior au mai fost desemnaţi şi aprobaţi doi noi membri ai Comitetului de Conducere. Vladislav Gârbu a refuzat să comenteze plecarea sa, dar se ştie că el a aşteptat aproape un an ca să fie aprobat într-o funcţie de conducere la Procredit Bank din România. Totodată instituţia anunţă că oficiul ProCredit Bank situat pe adresa bd. Ștefan cel Mare 124 din Chişinău îşi încetează activitatea din data de 11 martie 2016.
