"Expo-Business-Chișinău" планирует расширение

СЭЗ "Expo-Business-Chișinău" планирует открыть субзону в центральной части страны, что приведет к увеличению ежегодных объемов продаж на 700 млн леев и созданию 2 тыс. рабочих мест. Как сообщили в Организации по привлечению инвестиций и продвижению экспорта (MIEPO), в настоящее время в этой СЭЗ зарегистрировано 45 экономических агентов, 3 из которых – с иностранным капиталом, 23 – с национальным, а 19 – со смешанным. Объем ожидаемых инвестиций на 2017 г. составляет $24,19 млн (+33% по отношению к 2016 г.). Cрок деятельности СЭЗ Expo-Business-Chisinau будет продлен на 10 лет - с 2025 г. до 2035 г. Это предусматривают законодательные поправки, которые парламент принял в первом чтении с целью привлечения в свободные экономические зоны новых инвестиций и для обеспечения реализации существующих экономических проектов. В последнее время в СЭЗ "Expo-Business-Chisinau" был зарегистрирован ряд новых резидентов, среди которых предприятия "Industrial Parc Centre", "Nanocut", "Wood International Traiding", которые планируют внедрить в перспективе крупные инвестиционные проекты. В частности, инвестпроект "Industrial Parc Centre" предусматривает строительство ряда объектов недвижимости общей площадью более 7 тыс. кв. м, которые впоследствии будут сдаваться в аренду потенциальным инвесторам для предпринимательской деятельности. Инвестпроект компании "Nanocut" предусматривает производство металлических форм для экспорта. Компания "Wood International Traiding" намерена реализовать инвестпроект по производству деревянных изделий для экспорта.
