Еженедельник "Экономическое обозрение "Логос-Пресс" продан за 2 млн леев

Национальная комиссия по финансовому рынку зарегистрировала вне регламентируемого рынка (MTF) продажу 100% акций АО Revista economica Logos Press. В частности, в результате двух сделок 44,1 тыс. акций общества номинальной стоимостью 10 леев проданы за 2 млн. леев. По неофициальной информации, издание перешло в собственность предпринимателя Александра Танаса (редактор и совладелец ИА «Инфотаг», журнал «Банки и финансы»). Подтвердить или опровергнуть данную информацию корреспонденту агентства InfoMarket Александр Танас отказался. Стоит отметить, что «Экономическое обозрение Logos-Press» - старейшее издание в Молдове, специализирующееся на деловой и экономической информации. Первый номер газеты «Logos-Press» вышел в свет 15 ноября 1990 г. Изначально газета выходила на нескольких страницах один раз в две недели. С развитием экономической, финансовой и деловой информации, издание стало выходить еженедельно, увеличило объем и сменило название, добавив к нему «Экономическое обозрение». Ранее владельцами АО Revista economica Logos Press были Виктор Григорьев и Сергей Мишин, последний занимал должность главного редактора газеты.
