Facilități la importul automobilelor în Transnistria

În Transnistria au fost simplificate reglementările pentru importul mijloacelor de transport și au fost ridicate restricțiile privind limita de vârstă a acestora de 15 ani. Potrivit Comitetului Vamal al regiunii, ca urmare a modificărilor în legislație, din aprilie, pentru anumite categorii de cetățeni, importul autovehiculelor este scutit de taxe vamale. De asemenea, a fost redusă taxa vamală pentru mașinile noi cu capacitate mare a motorului. De scutirea de taxe vamale vor beneficia participanţii conflictului armat, combatanții în războiul din Afganistan, precum și participanţii la lichidarea consecinţelor avariei de la Cernobâl. Această inițiativă legislativă a fost elaborată de comitet, prezentată spre examinare guvernului și a fost aprobată la toate nivelurile, susţin reprezentanţii instituţiei. În comunicat se precizează că de această facilitate este oferită o singură dată şi este aplicată la importul mijloacelor de transport pentru uz personal, în cazul în care pe numele persoanei care face parte din categoriile menţionate nu a fost înregistrat un alt vehicul. Referitor la automobilul importat în regim preferențial, este interzisă efectuarea oricăror tranzacții cu el sau transferul dreptului de gestionare a acestuia timp de trei ani de la data importului. Totodată, a fost redusă de câteva ori taxa de import pentru autoturismele noi cu o capacitate cilindrică a motorului mai mare de 3000 de centimetri cubi (pentru mașinile cu motoare pe benzină) și mai mare de 2 500 centimetri cubi (pentru autoturisme cu motor diesel). Dacă anterior taxa pentru astfel de vehicule a fost de 16%, dar nu mai puțin de 1,1 $ pentru 1 cm cub, acum aceasta este în mărime de 2,3%, dar nu mai puțin de 0,23 $ pentru 1 cm cub.
