Finanțări mai accesibile pentru IMM-uri

Statul va acorda Întreprinderilor Mici și Mijlocii (IMM) garanții în mărime de 80% din valoarea creditelor contractate de la bănci pentru dezvoltarea afacerilor. Prevederile sunt incluse în noul Regulament de activitate a Fondului de Garantare a Creditelor, gestionat de Organizația pentru Dezvoltarea Întreprinderilor Mici și Mijlocii (ODIMM). Documentul are drept scop facilitarea accesului la finanțare a IMM-urilor care nu dispun de garanții suficiente pentru contractarea unui credit, dar și creșterea gradului de transparență în procesul de acordare a garanțiilor financiare. Pentru a beneficia de garanții de la stat, antreprenorii trebuie să depună o cerere la una dintre băncile partenere ale ODIMM, după care banca va examina cererea de acordare a creditului și va înainta către ODIMM cererea de garantare însoțită de solicitarea întreprinderii. ODIMM va examina cererea în termen de până la 5 zile lucrătoare, iar în cazul acceptării acesteia, banca și solicitantul vor putea semna contractul de credit. Resursele financiare ale Fondului de Garantare a Creditelor sunt formate din alocații de la bugetul de stat, din asistență de la donatori, dar și din alte surse. Rolul emiterii garanțiilor financiare pentru creditele obținute de către IMM-uri a fost atribuit ODIMM în anul 2007. Până în prezent, ODIMM a emis garanții financiare pentru mai mult de 300 de companii, în valoare de 92 mil. lei, care au facilitat obținerea creditelor bancare în sumă de 274,5 mil. lei. Finanțarea IMM-urilor a contribuit la implementarea unor proiecte investiționale care au permis crearea a peste 500 locuri de muncă.
