FMI salută decizia de a lichida cele trei bănci cu probleme

Delegaţia Fondului Monetar Internaţional, condusă de Ivanna Vladkova-Hollar, şef al misiunii şi negociator principal al FMI pentru Republica Moldova, s-a întâlnit astăzi cu premierul Valeriu Streleț. În cadrul întrevederii, oficialii FMI au salutat decizia autorităților de a lichida cele trei bănci la care s-au constatat probleme serioase în administrare – Banca de Economii, Banca Socială și Unibank și au menționat că monitorizează acțiunile autorităților de a stabiliza situația financiar-bancară. Totodată, șefa misiunii, Ivanna Vladkova-Hollar, a apreciat politicile adoptate în ultimele luni de autorităţile Republicii Moldova pentru redresarea situaţiei în sectorul financiar-bancar. La rândul său, premierul Valeriu Streleţ a declarat că Guvernul Republicii Moldova este determinat să acţioneze eficient în vederea stabilizării situaţiei macro-financiare şi economice și a enumerate măsurile care deja au fost întreprinse în acest sens. Totodată, șeful Executivului a reconfirmat că Moldova este interesată să semneze un Memorandum cu FMI, precizând că acest lucru este vital pentru Republica Moldova, inclusiv prin prisma relaţiilor cu alţi parteneri de dezvoltare. Echipa de experţi ai FMI, condusă de Ivanna Vladkova-Hollar, se află în vizită de lucru la Chișinău în perioada 22 septembrie – 6 octombrie 2015, în contextul pregătirilor pentru consultările periodice pentru anul 2015, precum şi pentru a iniția discuțiile cu privire la politicile care ar putea sta la baza unui program susținut de FMI.
