Fondul de garantare a depozitelor a stabilit mărimea contribuțiilor

Băncile vor achita în Fondul de garantare a depozitelor în sistemul bancar o contribuție trimestrială, începând cu primul trimestru al anului 2020. Mărimea acesteia se va calcula în funcție de valoarea depozitelor garantate, precum și de gradul de risc pentru fiecare bancă în parte. În Monitorul Oficial din 29 martie curent a fost publicată hotărârea nr.03/2 Consiliului de administrație a Fondului de garantare a depozitelor în sistemul bancar din 18.02.2019 privind modificarea Regulamentului cu privire la modul de calcularea și plată de către bănci a vărsămintelor și contribuțiilor către Fondul de garantare. Astfel, mărimea contribuțiilor se stabilește la nivel de 0,08% de la baza de calcul pentru băncile din categoria de risc A, în mărime de 0,1% de la baza de calcul –pentru cele din categoria de risc B și în mărime de 0,12% – pentru cele din categoria C. Băncile vor plăti contribuția trimestrială în termen de 15 zile lucrătoare după încheierea trimestrului de gestiune. Totodată, documentul prevede că, începând cu 1 ianuarie 2020, Fondul va garanta și depozitele persoanelor juridice de drept privat, în prezent fiind garantate doar depozitele persoanelor fizice rezidente și nerezidente. De asemenea, se modifică lista depozitelor care nu se includ în baza de calcul pentru calcularea contribuțiilor și vărsămintelor către Fond. Acestea sunt depunerile: • membrilor organelor de conducere ale băncii • persoanelor care dețin, direct sau indirect, inclusiv în calitate de beneficiar efectiv sau prin activitate concertată, dețineri calificate în capitalul social al băncii • foștilor deținători de dețineri în capitalul social al băncii, ale căror acțiuni au fost anulate • persoanelor juridice • plasate de către alte bănci, inclusiv întreprinderi din alte state cu activitate comparabilă cu banca, în nume și cont propriu • soților și rudelor de gradul întâi și al doilea ale persoanelor menționate supra • persoanelor fizice terțe care activează în numele membrilor organelor de conducere ale băncii și a foștilor deținători • plasate de către organizațiile de creditare nebancară, inclusiv companiile de leasing și organizațiile de creditare ipotecară; • plasate de către asociațiile de economii și împrumut și asociații centrale; • plasate de către companiile de asigurare; • plasate de către societățile de investiții; • declarate ilicite prin hotărâre judecătorească • al căror titular nu a fost identificat la data indisponibilității depozitelor; • titlurile de creanță la purtător; • toate instrumentele care se cuprind în noțiunea de fonduri proprii ale băncii.
