Форум Международного союза электросвязи пройдет в Кишиневе

Региональный форум Международного союза электросвязи для стран СНГ и Европы «Совершенствование инновационных возможностей в основанной на ИКТ экосистеме и стимулирование роста ИКТ-стартапов» пройдет в Молдове. Мероприятие, которое пройдет 28-29 марта, организует в Кишиневе Министерство информационных технологий и связи Молдовы. По сообщению министерства, в форуме примут участие представители ведомств, отвечающих за политику и принятие решений, законодательных, регуляторных органов, телекоммуникационных операторов, производителей телекоммуникационного оборудования, разработчиков программного обеспечения, научных кругов, а также представители гражданского общества и других заинтересованных организаций, в том числе организаций, занимающихся вопросами развития и финансирования из стран СНГ и Европы. Форум станет платформой для усиления регионального сотрудничества, обмена информацией и обсуждения вопросов развития инноваций и стартапов в сфере ИКТ, а также для построения конструктивного диалога между представителями правительств, международных, региональных и национальных организаций, промышленности и научных кругов из стран СНГ и Европы. В частности, на форуме будут рассмотрены следующие вопросы: роль национальных и международных организаций в стимулировании роста ИКТ-стартапов; развитие технологий: возможности, вызовы и бизнес-стратегии; совершенствование культуры предпринимательства и деловых навыков всех заинтересованных сторон; механизмы финансирования в интересах прикладных исследований, инноваций и развития; защита прав интеллектуальной собственности; интеграция инноваций и предпринимательства в систему образования; межотраслевое многостороннее сотрудничество в целях продвижения ИКТ для региональных инноваций.
