Gata cu cozile la CNAS

Casa Naţională de Asigurări Sociale anunţă că începând cu 1 decembrie curent, prin intermediul subdiviziunilor sale teritoriale, va elibera clienţilor instituţiei mai multe tipuri de certificate/extrase din contul persoanei asigurate. Serviciul va fi prestat imediat, la solicitarea verbală a clientuliu. Anterior certificatele erau eliberate atât de Aparatul Central al CNAS, cât şi de subdiviziunile teritoriale în termen de până la 30 de zile lucrătoare, în dependenţă de complexitate. De acum clienţii pot solicita informaţia necesară de la orice Casă Teritorială de Asigurări Sociale (serviciul clientelă), indiferent de viza de domiciliu a acestora, la prezentarea obligatorie a actului de indentitate al titularului. Certificatele se perfectează în limba română sau rusă, în dependenţă de solicitare sau destinaţie. În cazul solicitării informaţiei de către o persoană fizică terţă, cererea se depune în scris, cu anexarea documentelor ce confirmă dreptul acesteia la informaţie. Solicitările depuse în formă scrisă se examineză la CTAS în termen de până la 15 zile lucrătoare. Anul trecut Casa Naţională de Asigurări Sociale a eliberat persoanelor fizice şi juridice circa 260 mii de certificate de diferite tipuri.
