Газопровод Унгены-Кишинев призван повысить энергетическую безопасность Молдовы

Проект строительства газопровода Унгены-Кишинев обеспечен 100% финансированием, которое предоставят ЕБРР, ЕИБ и ЕС, работы планируется начать в 2018 г. и закончить к началу 2019 г. Об этом заявил вице-премьер, министр экономики Октавиан Калмык, представляя в парламенте в четверг проект закона о провозглашении общественной полезности в отношении работ по строительству газопровода Унгены-Кишинев. Он отметил, что в настоящее время румынская компания «Transgaz» готовит технический проект для строительства газопровода и завершит его разработку до конца июля. После этого документ будет представлен донорам, чтобы обсудить его и избежать ошибок в проектировании. Затем будет объявлен международный тендер по отбору компании для строительства газопровода. Как ожидается, строительство начнется в начале 2018 г. и продлится примерно год, чтобы в начале 2019 г. он был сдан в эксплуатацию. Общая стоимость проекта строительства газопровода Унгены-Кишинев оценивается в 113 млн евро. Молдова подписала соглашения о финансировании этого проекта с Европейским банком реконструкции и развития и Европейским инвестиционным банком, которые выделят стране на эти цели кредиты на общую сумму 82 млн евро - по 41 млн евро каждый. ЕС заявлял первоначально о готовности предоставить на эти цели грант в размере 10 млн евро, а затем решил увеличить эту сумму до 40 млн евро, что позволит полностью покрыть финансирование проекта для продления газопровода Яссы-Унгены до Кишинева на территории Молдовы, а также до Онешт – на территории Румынии, а также построить компрессорные станции. Строительство газопровода Унгены-Кишинев призвано повысить энергетическую безопасность нашей страны путем взаимоподключения к системам транспортировки природного газа из Евросоюза, усилить конкуренцию на оптовых рынках, а также создать предпосылки, необходимые для снижения тарифов на газ для конечных пользователей.
