Gazprom-ul aşteaptă decizia tribunalului privind revendicarea datoriei de la Moldovagaz

În octombrie-noiembrie 2016 compania Gazprom așteaptă decizia tribunalului de arbitraj privind revendicarea de la SA Moldovagaz a datoriei istorice pentru gaz în mărime de $562,3 mil. Aceasta se menţionează în ultimul raport trimestrial al companiei ruse. Se aminteşte că în februarie 2016 Gazprom s-a adresat Curţii de Arbitraj Comercial Internațional (CACI) pe lîngă CCI a FR cu cererea de revendicare de la SA Moldovagaz a datoriei pentru gazul natural, livrat în anul 2013, în valoare de $562,3 mil. La 6 iulie 2016 CACI a finalizat audierile orale în acest dosar. Decizia cu privire la fondul cerințelor de aplicare se aşteaptă în octombrie-noiembrie 2016. Pînă în prezent Gazprom-ul a depus şi a cîştigat deja peste 10 cereri de revendicare a datoriilor istorice de la Moldovagaz în valoare totală de circa $5 mlrd., totodată, doar 5-10% din restanţe revin Moldovei din dreapta Nistrului. Gazprom-ul deocamdată n-a întreprins careva acţiuni pentru executarea deciziilor judecăţii privind revendicarea de la Moldovagaz a datoriilor istorice. Acţiunile Gazprom-ului, care se adresează anual judecăţii cu cereri de revendicare a datoriilor pentru gaz de la Moldovagaz, sunt condiţionate de cerinţele organelor de control valutar şi vamal ale FR privind necesitatea adoptării măsurilor juridice pentru respectarea termenelor de repatriere a mijloacelor financiare. Poziţia SA Moldovagaz în legătură cu cererile furnizorului este că aceste datorii la gaz s-au format drept consecinţă a circumstanţelor de forţă majoră – imposibilitatea de a influenţa asupra întreprinderii Tiraspoltransgaz, care activează pe teritoriul Transnistriei. Moldova discută cu Gazprom schema restructurării datoriei pentru gazul natural.
