Gazul lichefiat s-a scumpit cu peste 6%

Continuă ajustarea treptată a preţurilor la gazul lichefiat (GPL) la staţiile de alimentare cu carburanţi din Moldova. Astfel în zilele de odihnă preţul unui litru de GPL s-a majorat cu încă 50 de bani şi a ajuns la 8,55 lei. Este deja a doua majorare de preţ la GPL în ultimele 10 zile, iar per total costul unui litru a urcat cu peste un leu, sau cu circa 13%. Modificările de preţ se datorează atât evoluţiilor de pe pieţele regionale, cât şi a celor interne. Astfel în lunile august-septembrie în regiune de regulă creşte cererea de GPL şi respectiv se majorează preţurile. Un alt factor este majorarea de la 1 iulie 2016 cu circa 10% a accizelor la GPL, dar şi faptul că Parlamentul a modificat mecanismul de formare a preţurilor de comercializare a gazului lichefiat. Astfel Agenţia Naţională pentru Reglementare în Energetică (ANRE) a avut dreptul doar o lună şi ceva de a stabili preţurile plafon de comercializare cu a gazului lichefiat, timp în care a redus abrupt cu circa 20% preţul de comercializare a GPL: de la 8,80 lei la 7,20 lei. Potrivit noilor amendamente la Legea produselor petroliere, preţurile de comercializare cu ridicata şi cu amănuntul a gazului lichefiat vor fi stabilite de operatorii de pe piaţă după un alt mecanism, stabilit în Metodologia de formare şi aplicare a preţurilor la produsele petroliere. Cât despre preţul la benzină şi motorină, apoi pentru perioada 27 iulie-9 august 2016, ANRE a stabilit plafonul de 15,52 lei pentru un litru de benzină cu cifra octanică 95, cu 31 de bani mai puţin decât a fost în precedentele două săptămâni. Pentru motorină plafonul este de 13,54 lei, cu aproape 50 de bani mai puţin decât până pe 27 iulie. Operatorii nu au dreptul să vândă combustibil cu amănuntul la preţuri mai mari, decât preţul maxim stabilit de ANRE. Pe acei care vor încalcă legea îi aşteptă sancţiuni dure, până la revocarea licenţelor.
