Gestionarea mijloacelor de transport în cadrul procesului contravențional va fi contractată

În procesul ridicării, transportării, depozitării precum și restituirii ulterioare a mijloacelor de transport în cadrul procesului contravențional vor fi implicați agenți economici contractați de către Inspectoratul General al Poliției.

 

Guvernul a aprobat în ședința de ieri, 17 iunie curent, proiectul de hotărâre  cu privire la modificarea Hotărârii Guvernului nr.557/2018 pentru aprobarea Regulamentului privind modul de ridicare, transportare, depozitare și restituire a mijloacelor de transport în procesul de constatare a contravențiilor.

 

După cum a explicat ministrul Afacerilor Interne, Pavel Voicu, în procesul de aplicare a mecanismului ce ține de gestionarea mijloacelor de transport în cadrul procesului contravențional s-a constat faptul că Întreprinderea de Stat „Servicii Pază a MAI”, care a fost desemnată unica autoritate în drept să presteze aceste servicii,  nu are capacitățile necesare funcționale.

 

Astfel, vor fi selectați agenți economici care vor asigura ridicarea, transportarea, depozitarea și restituirea mijloacelor de transport.

 

Totodată, ministrul a menționat că selectarea agentului economic va fi efectuată ca urmare a examinării tuturor ofertelor pe piață, luând în considerare capacitățile tehnice și tarifele la servicii.

 

Tarifele și metodologia de prestare a serviciului urmează a fi specificate printr-un Regulament separat.
