ru/ru Ghidul contribuabilului începător, actualizat

Orice contribuabil trebuie să-și cunoască atât drepturile și obligaţiile, cât și consecinţele cu care ar putea să se confrunte în caz de nerespectare a legislaţiei în vigoare. Respectiv, politica de asistenţă a Serviciului Fiscal de Stat se referă la acţiuni de promovare şi sporire a gradului de conformare fiscală și de popularizare a legislaţiei fiscale în rândurile contribuabililor, în cadrul activităţii funcţionarului fiscal în sectorul de administrare fiscală.
 
În acest sens, autoritatea fiscală a publicat Ghidul contribuabilului începător, ce oferă o prezentare generală privind aspectele fiscale în desfășurarea activităţii de întreprinzător, precum și oferă cunoștințe de bază în domeniul fiscal, oferind un suport important pentru inițierea unei afaceri.

 

Ghidul conține detalii privind:

  • Forma de organizare juridică;
  • Obținerea actelor permisive;
  • Înregistrarea activității de întreprinzător;
  • Obligația luării la evidența fiscală;
  • Impozitele, taxele și alte plăți nefiscale;
  • Utilizarea echipamentelor de casă și control
  • Prezentarea rapoartelor către SFS;
  • Evidența contabilă;
  • Ce reprezintă obligația fiscală/restanța;
  • Modificarea termenului de stingere a obligației fiscale;
  • Efectuarea controlului fiscal și examinarea cazului de încălcare fiscală.

 

De asemenea, Ghidul conține anexe ce oferă suport contribuabililor în domeniul impozitele și taxele de stat și locale (cotele și specificul aplicării), lista genurilor de activitatea al căror specific permite efectuarea încasărilor băneşti în numerar fără aplicarea ECC, tipurile de încălcări fiscale, tipurile scutirilor, precum și informaţia privind obligaţiile fiscale ale persoanelor juridice a căror activitate de bază nu este obţinerea profitului.
