Ghișeul unic, prezentat la Călărași

Mediul de afaceri din Călărași a fost îndemnat să solicite și să obțină mai des documentele permisive online, prin intermediul Ghișeului unic electronic. Scopul nostru este să reducem birocrația și să îmbunătățim mediul de afaceri. De aceea au fost eliminate peste 60% din actele permisive, numărul lor a fost diminuat de la 416 la 151, a fost redus numărul instituțiilor cu funcții de control de la aproape 70 la 13. Tot procesul durează nu mai mult de 5 minute, iar sistemul este realizat în așa fel, încât să nu solicite efort suplimentar din partea oamenilor de afaceri, a afirmat ministrul Economiei și Infrastructurii, Chiril Gaburici, care a întreprins o vizită de lucru la Călărași. Ghișeul unic este un sistem informațional care oferă posibilitatea solicitării, achitării și obținerii online a oricărui act permisiv. Licențe, autorizații și certificate, peste 150 de acte permisive pentru toate tipurile de afaceri pot fi obținute fără vizite la sediile instituțiilor de stat, fără plăți neoficiale și fără timp pierdut. Ghișeul unic este un sistem informațional care interconectează peste 30 de instituții publice și permite antreprenorilor să solicite, să achite și să obțină actele permisive în regim online. Orice persoană poate să se înregistreze, să încarce în sistem actele necesare și să achite serviciul, iar restul, inclusiv schimbul de informații dintre instituțiile statului, se va face automatizat, fără implicarea beneficiarilor. Aceasta va permite economisirea timpului și resurselor business-ului, iar oamenii de afaceri nu mai sunt nevoiți să se deplaseze la sediile instituțiilor de stat pentru obținerea actelor permisive.
