ГНС Кишинева объявила конкурс по отбору экономических субъектов для оценки залогового имущества

Государственная налоговая служба Кишинева объявила конкурс по отбору экономических агентов для оценки имущества, заложенного налоговым органом, и его продажи через аукцион. По сообщению столичной ГНС, конкурс состоится 9 декабря. Для участия претендентам необходимо представить: лицензию на деятельность по оценке недвижимого имущества; сертификаты об аттестации оценщиков недвижимого имущества; предложение в письменной форме об оплате за услуги, заверенное подписью руководителя и печатью (в запечатанном конверте). Критерии по отбору участников следующие: специалист должен иметь лицензию на деятельность оценки недвижимого имущества со сроком годности на период заключения договора; деятельность специалиста в области оценки и продажи имущества - не менее трех лет; отсутствие договоров, расторгнутых из-за неисполнения условий; отсутствие долгов перед госбюджетом; наименьшее предложение по оплате услуг. Заявки нужно представить до 7 декабря.
