Государственные проверки экономических агентов отменят

Депутаты голосовали вчера в первом чтении за законодательную инициативу о моратории на государственный контроль. Таким образом, проверки экономических агентов отменят на три месяца, передает Noi.md. Проект был разработан для ограничения необоснованного вмешательства государства в предпринимательскую деятельность физических и юридических лиц, заявил заместитель министра юстиции, Николае Ешану. По его словам, власти хотят посодействовать развитию делового климата, сокращая количество проверок экономических агентов. Таким образом, это будет основанием для решения самой распространенной проблемы наших предпринимателей – избыточное давление на экономических агентов. Они смогут доказать, что действуют должным образом, без чрезмерного надзора. Неправильно считать, что все экономические агенты намерены нарушить законодательство, - отметил Ешану. Положения этого проекта не будут применяться в случае, если будет доказано, что экономические агенты нарушают закон, уточнил замминистра. Закон не будут применять и в случае проверки в связи с уголовным преследованием со стороны Национального банка, Счетной палаты, Национальной комиссии по финансовому рынку, по заявке потребителей. По его словам, органы контроля продолжат свою деятельность, будут выезжать на места только тогда, когда будут подозрения, что экономический агент допускает определенные нарушения.
