Grant oferit de Ambasada Germaniei pentru proiectele mici

Ambasada Germaniei la Chișinău oferă granturi pentru microproiecte desfășurate pe parcursul anului 2016. Micile proiecte vizează îmbunătățirea calității vieții tuturor păturilor sociale, în mod special a persoanelor dezavantajate și vulnerabile. Pentru a participa la concurs, este îndeajuns să fie completată (scrisă pe calculator) doar cererea de finanțare în limba română, rusă sau engleză. După etapa de preselecție (în baza cererii), care va avea loc la sfârșitul lunii februarie 2016, ambasada va contacta solicitanții cererilor selectate. Fiecare doritor se poate înregistra prin completarea formularului de înregistrare. Suportul financiar oferit de ambasadă constituie până la 10 000 de euro. Un proiect eligibil trebuie să întrunească următoarele condiții:
  1. Proiectul vine să îmbunătățească, pe termen lung, condițiile de trai ale populației.
  2. Nu puteți finanța proiectul integral din fonduri proprii. Totuși, contribuția proprie sporește posibilitățile unei finanțări. Solicitantul decide mărimea contribuției proprii. Ea poate fi și de natură non-financiară, de ex. prestarea muncii, punerea la dispoziție a personalului calificat și a încăperilor respective.
  3. Proiectul trebuie să corespundă conceptului de durabilitate, el nu poate fi doar o măsură educativă, ci are și componenta de achiziționare a echipamentului.
  4. Susținerea financiară este unică și nu duce la obligații repetate din partea ambasadei.
  5. Beneficiari ai proiectului trebuie să fie o instituție de interes comun (de ex. un ONG, o școală). Rezultatul proiectului trebuie să fie în beneficiul societății și poate promova formarea profesională a mai multor persoane.
  6. Finanțarea totală a proiectului este sigură (în cazul când contribuțiile financiare, care nu au fost solicitate de la Ambasadă, sunt garantate).
  7. Sunt inițiative care pot obține suport financiar doar o singură dată.
  8. Eventualele costuri, ce pot apărea ulterior, vor putea fi preluate de solicitanții de proiect sau persoane, părți terțe care și-au exprimat deja acordul.
Începând cu anul 2004, Ambasada susține, pe lângă proiectele mari, și proiecte mici, care completează angajamentul Guvernului Federal privind politica de dezvoltare direct la fața locului. Avantajul microproiectelor constă în faptul că ele pot fi solicitate și implementate mult mai repede și cu mai puțin efort. Data limită de depunere a microproiectelor este 15 februarie 2016.
