Guvernul a aprobat noile salarii ale pretorului şi vicepretorului sectorului municipiului Chişinău

Odată cu intrarea în vigoare a noii Legi privind statutul municipiului Chişinău, funcţiile de pretor şi vicepretor de sector au trecut din categoria de funcţionari publici la cea de funcţii de deminitate publică. În acest sens, prin Hotărârea Guvernului se propune completarea anexei nr. 2 din Legea nr 355 din 23 decembrie 2005 privind sistemul de salarizare în sectorul bugetar cu următoarele două poziţii: • Pretor al sectorului municipiului Chişinău, cu salariul lunar de 7700 lei • Vicepretor al sectorului municipiului Chişinău, cu salariul lunar de 6900 lei Totodată, noua Legea a statutului municipiului Chişinău îi oferă dreptul Primarului general de a-şi forma propriul cabinet. Proiectul prevede ajustarea cadrului legislativ, notificând prevederi ce ţin de drepturile primarului general al municipiului Chişinău de a forma propriul cabinet, angajaţii acestuia având statut de personal din cabinetul persoanelor cu funcţii de demintate publică. Proiectul include şi regelementări privind nivelul de salarizare a pretorilor şi vece-pretorilor de sector, având în vedere complexitatea funcţiilor şi asigurarea coerenţelor din sistemul de salarizare. Salarizarea personalului din cabinetul primarului general al municipiului Chişinău se va efectua în corespundere cu anexa nr. 2 a Legii nr. 355 din 2005 cu privire la sistemul de salarizare în sectorul bugetar, a menţionat secretarul general al Guvernului, Lilia Palii.
