Guvernul a aprobat o nouă Componenţă nominală a Comitetului Naţional de Stabilitate Financiară

Guvernul a aprobat o nouă componenţă nominală a Comitetului Naţional de Stabilitate Financiară, care va avea unu număr mai mic de membri, cu o expunere politică scăzută şi o relevanţă strictă în vederea asigurării stabilităţii financiare. Comitetul Naţional de Stabilitate Financiară (CNSF) a fost creat în anul 2010, însă putem constata că s-a dovedit a fi puţin eficient din punct de vedere al prevenirii şi reglementării crizei bancare. Una din cauze se referă la specificul politic, deoarece o bună parte a membrilor CNSF sunt afiliaţi politic. Experienţa internaţională a demonstrat că elementul cheie al menţinerii stabilităţii financiare constă în comunicarea şi coordonarea strânsă între instituţiile relevante, respectiv activitatea CNSF urmează a fi reformatată în baza modelelor aplicate în diferite ţări europene, a declarat ministrul Finanțelor, Octavian Armașu. Potrivit lui, CNSF trebuie să includă în mod obligatoriu reprezentanţi ai Băncii Naţionale a Moldovei, Comisiei Naţionale a Pieţei Financiare, Ministerului Finanţelor, Ministerului Economiei şi Fondului de Garantare a Depozitelor în Sistemul Bancar. Preşedintele şi vicepreşedintele Comitetului Naţional de Stabilitate Financiară sunt aleşi cu votul majorităţii membrilor Comitetului şi îşi exercită activitatea pe bază permanentă. Astfel, din CNSF vor face parte Sergiu Cioclea, guvernatorul al Băncii Naţionale a Moldovei, Octavian Calmîc - viceprim-ministru, ministru al economiei, Octavian Armașu, ministrul Finanțelor, Iurie Filip - vicepreşedinte al Comisiei Naţionale a Pieţei Financiare, Eduard Usatîi - director general executiv al Fondului de garantare a depozitelor în sistemul bancar.
