Guvernul a format grupul de negociatori al Memorandumului cu FMI

Prim-ministrul Pavel Filip a semnat, ieri, o dispoziţie prin care a fost creat Grupul de negociatori pentru participarea la negocierea noului Memorandum cu privire la politicile economice şi financiare între Guvernul Republicii Moldova şi Fondul Monetar Internaţional (FMI). Potrivit dispoziţiei, Grupul de negociatori va fi condus de Octavian Calmîc, viceprim-ministru, ministru al Economiei. În componenţa acestuia au fost incluși ministrul Finanţelor, Octavian Armaşu, ministrul Muncii, Protecţiei Sociale şi Familiei, Stela Grigoraş şi Guvernatorul Băncii Naţionale a Moldovei, Sergiu Cioclea. Prin aceeaşi dispoziție a fost instituit Grupul de lucru pentru examinarea şi elaborarea programului strategic de susţinere financiară de către FMI, sub conducerea viceministrului Economiei, Vitalie Iurcu. Acesta va fi compus din 20 de persoane, între care Secretarul general al Guvernului, Consilierul principal de Stat al Prim-ministrului pe politici de dezvoltare, administraţie publică şi cooperare internaţională, viceminiştri, dar şi mai mulţi funcţionari din cadrul instituţiilor responsabile. Conform dispoziției semnate de Premierul Pavel Filip, Grupul de negociatori va demara procesul de identificare şi coordonare a priorităţilor Guvernului, care vor face parte din proiectul noului Memorandum. De asemenea, Grupul va negocia şi va prezenta spre aprobare proiectul noului Memorandum cu privire la politicile economice şi financiare între Guvernul Republicii Moldova şi FMI. Totodată, Grupul de lucru va asista echipa de negociatori în procesul de pregătire a proiectului Memorandumului, precum şi în procesul de negociere a acestuia şi va elabora propuneri în vederea executării tuturor angajamentelor asumate. Amintim că, în perioada 5-15 iulie 2016, la Chișinău se va afla o nouă misiune a Fondului Monetar Internațional.
