Guvernul propune declararea stării de urgență în Republica Moldova

Guvernul va propune Parlamentului să declare stare de urgență pe întreg teritoriul Republicii Moldova pentru o perioadă de 30 de zile, în perioada 22 octombrie–20 noiembrie 2021, în legătură cu criza în domeniul gazelor naturale.
 
Potrivit hotărârii aprobate astăzi, 22 octombrie, de Guvern, pe perioada stării de urgență Comisia pentru Situații Excepționale a Republicii Moldova va emite dispoziții în vederea punerii în executare a următoarelor măsuri:

 

  • instituirea unui regim special de procurare a gazelor naturale în regim rapid;
  • alocarea mijloacelor financiare pentru asigurarea procurării volumelor necesare de gaze naturale;
  • adoptarea deciziilor necesare în scopul asigurării unor acțiuni rapide de asigurare cu gaze naturale, inclusiv prin derogare de la prevederile normative;
  • dispunerea, la necesitate, a raționalizării consumului de gaze naturale și de alte resurse energetice;
  • adoptarea deciziilor de împuternicire a furnizorilor și distribuitorilor să acționeze în scopul procurării, transportării și distribuției gazelor naturale pe întreg teritoriul țării;
  • coordonarea activității mijloacelor de informare în masă privind: informarea populației despre cauzele și proporțiile situației excepționale, despre măsurile întreprinse pentru prevenirea pericolului, lichidarea urmărilor acestei situații și protecția populației;
  • familiarizarea cetățenilor cu regulile de comportare în timpul situației excepționale și introducerea unor reguli speciale de utilizare a mijloacelor de telecomunicații;
  • instituirea de instrumente rapide de colectare a plăților de la consumatori pentru gazele naturale folosite;
  • efectuarea altor acțiuni necesare în vederea prevenirii, diminuării și lichidării consecințelor insuficienței de gaze naturale care a provocat starea de urgență.

 

Ședința Parlamentului în care deputații urmează să se expună asupra instituirii stării de urgență va avea loc astăzi, 22 octombrie, începând cu ora 13.00.
