Guvernul Transnistriei va lua în buget 70% din profitul întreprinderilor de stat

Guvernul Transnistriei intenţionează să ia profitul întreprinderilor de stat în buget. Potrivit modificărilor legislative adoptate de Sovietul suprem (SS), întreprinderile trebuie să transmită în trezoreria 70% din profit, dar nu 10% ca până acum. Ministrul dezvoltări economice a regiunii, Dmitri Boltruşko, a anunţat că 21 de întreprinderi au acumulat un profitul total de 26 mil. ruble ($2,3 mil.), dintre care 19,5 mil. ruble ($1,7 mil.) reprezintă profitul tipografiei Poligrafist din Bender. Potrivit lui, experţii ministerului vor analiza indicii datoriilor creditoare şi ai creanţelor întreprinderilor de stat. Sovietul suprem a adoptat încă în luna mai modificări, în vederea completării bugetului, care nu are bani nici măcar pentru acoperirea cheltuielilor sociale. Însă liderul transnistrean Evghenii Şevciuk şi-a folosit atunci dreptul de veto, considerând că dreptul de a distribui profitul întreprinderilor aparţine organelor executive de conducere, care sunt fondatorii acestora. Pe 22 iunie deputaţii au depăşit dreptul de veto, considerând că, „în condiţiile de criză, este nevoie de o abordare mai responsabilă faţă de distribuirea profitului” şi că, „dacă în 2015 întreprinderile nu şi-ar fi lăsat pentru sine 90% din profit, ci îl vărsau în buget, atunci ar fi fost evitată criza cu plata salariilor şi pensiilor”. Ei au remarcat că în bugetul Rusiei ajung 50% din profitul întreprinderilor de stat, iar în alte ţări acest procent este şi mai mare.
