HoReCa: cota TVA de 6% se va aplica din 1 octombrie 2021

Parlamentul a aprobat  în ședința de astăzi, 23 septembrie, în două lecturi, cu 84 de voturi, punerea în aplicare, începând cu 1 octombrie curent, a cotei TVA în mărime de 6% la serviciile de cazare, produsele alimentare/băuturi, cu excepția producției alcoolice, pentru agenții economici din sectorul HoReCa.
 
Accelerarea intrării în vigoare a Legii nr. 76/2021 cu privire la impozitarea specială a serviciilor realizate în cadrul activităților atribuite la secțiunea I din CAEM (aplicarea cotei reduse la TVA pe perioada stării de urgență sau pe perioada stării de urgență în sănătate publică), se va efectua prin derogare de la art. 56 alin (2) al Legii nr. 100/2017 cu privire la actele normative.
 
Reamintim că Legea a fost publicată la 21 mai curent, iar punerea acesteia în aplicare urma a fi efectuată nu mai devreme de 6 luni de la data publicării, respectiv, la 21 noiembrie 2021.
 
Cu detalii vom reveni după punerea actului normativ în aplicare.
