Hotărârea CNESP nr. 33 : unitățile administrativ-teritoriale cu gradul de alertă „Cod Roșu”
Comisia Națională Extraordinară de Sănătate Publică a decis instituirea, începând cu 1 octombrie 2020, a stării de urgență în sănătate publică în unitățile administrativ-teritoriale pentru care a fost stabilit gradul de alertă „Cod Roșu”, în baza indicatorilor nivelului de risc al transmiterii virusului SARS-CoV-2, prezentați de către Agenția Națională pentru Sănătate Publică.
Comisiile teritoriale extraordinare de sănătate publică vor institui măsurile de sănătate publică conform Planului de pregătire și răspuns la infecția cu COVID-19, în corespundere cu gradul de alertă din teritoriul administrativ gestionat.
