Hotărîrea cu privire la subvenționarea producătorilor agricoli intră în vigoare

Hotărîrea Guvernului cu privire la modul de repartizare a mijloacelor fondului de subvenționare a producătorilor agricoli pentru anul 2016 publicată în Monitorul Oficial. Potrivit documentului, Executivul a susținut propunerea Ministerului Agriculturii și Industriei Alimentare (MAIA) privind repartizarea mijloacelor fondului de subvenționare a producătorilor agricoli pentru anul 2016 în sumă de 900 milioane de lei, inclusiv 387,6 milioane din contul Programului ENPARD – suport pentru agricultură și dezvoltare rurală. Banii vor fi alocați pentru trei domenii prioritare, în primul rînd pentru creșterea competitivității sectorului agroalimentar prin restructurare și modernizare, precum și asigurarea gestionării durabile a resurselor naturale. Cea de-a treia prioritate este sporirea investițiilor în infrastructura fizică și cea a serviciilor din mediul rural. O componentă importantă a programului de subvenționare o reprezintă investițiile în exploatațiile agricole, pentru restructurare și adaptare la standardele Uniunii Europene. De asemenea, vor fi susţinuţi întreprinzătorii care promovează şi dezvoltă agricultura ecologică, precum şi cei care oferă servicii de consultanţă şi formare pentru producătorii agricoli, iar tinerii fermierii vor beneficia suplimentar de încă 15% din valoarea fixă a subvenţiei calculate. Din contul Fondului de subvenționare vor fi achitate datoriile acumulate în perioada anilor 2014-2015. Potrivit MAIA, în prezent datoriile față de producătorii agricoli se ridică la circa 260 milioane de lei, inclusiv 44 milioane din contul datoriilor acumulate în anul 2014. Fondul de subvenționare va fi administrat de către Agenția de Intervenție și Plăți pentru Agricultură, instituție subordonată MAIA.
