Imobilele rezidențiale: Indicele RPPI, în creștere

Banca Națională a Moldovei a publicat Indicele prețului bunurilor imobile rezidențiale (RPPI) pentru trimestrul I al anului 2022. Potrivit datelor, prețul de ofertă la bunurile imobile rezidențiale din mun. Chișinău a continuat tendința de creștere, stabilită începând cu trimestrul I din anul  2020.
 
Regulatorul precizează că Indicele RPPI, la situația din 31 martie curent, a înregistrat valoarea de 135,3 la sută, fiind în creștere cu 13,9% față de trimestrul I din anul 2021 cu 6,7% față de trimestrul IV al aceluiași an.
 

Totodată, Indicele RPPI aferent prețului de ofertă la bunurile imobile prezentate pe piața primară a înregistrat valoarea de 147,2 la sută, fiind în creștere cu 20,4 la sută față de trimestrul I/2021 și cu 8,6% față de trimestrul IVal anului precedent.

 

Prețul de ofertă la bunurile imobile din cadrul pieței secundare a înregistrat valoarea de 129,2 la sută, fiind în creștere cu 10,9% față de trimestrul I/2021, iar față de trimestrul IV/2021acesta a sporit cu 5,9%.
