Impozitul pe bunuri imobiliare. Imobile evaluate şi neevaluate

Care este baza impozabilă a bunurilor imobiliare la calcularea impozitului pe bunurile imobiliare ale persoanelor juridice, intreprinderilor individuale, gospodăriilor ţărăneşti (de fermier) şi ale persoanelor fizice-cetăţeni? Potrivit art. 278 alin. (2) din Codul fiscal, pentru bunurile imobiliare ce au fost evaluate de către organele cadastrale teritoriale, baza impozabilă a bunurilor constituie valoarea estimată a acestor bunuri. Care este baza impozabilă a bunurilor imobiliare neevaluate la calcularea impozitului pe bunurile imobiliare ale persoanelor juridice, intreprinderilor individuale şi gospodăriilor ţărăneşti (de fermier)? Pentru bunurile imobiliare care nu au fost evaluate de către organele cadastrale teritoriale, baza impozabilă o constituie valoarea de bilanţ a acestora (Anexa nr. 2 la Legea pentru punerea în aplicare a titlului VI din Codul fiscal nr. 1056-XIV din 16.06.2000). Pentru terenurile neevaluate baza impozabilă o constituie suprafaţa terenului, iar pentru terenurile cu destinaţie agricolă bonitatea acestora exprimată în grade-hectar (Anexa nr.1 la Legea menţionată).
