În atenţia plătitorilor de contribuţii la BASS

Casa Naţională de Asigurări Sociale are misiunea de a asigura funcţionarea unui serviciu durabil de asigurări sociale, necesar societăţii, care în limita mijloacelor bugetului asigurărilor sociale de stat aprobat anual, garantează protecţia socială a participanţilor la sistemul public de asigurări sociale. În acest scop, CNAS menţine şi asigură funcţionarea unui sistem unic privind înregistrarea, evidenţa plătitorilor şi a obligaţiilor acestora la bugetul asigurărilor sociale de stat. Unul dinte obiectivele instituţiei este creşterea gradului de conformare voluntară a plătitorilor, ceea ce presupune ca să anticipeze în permanenţă aşteptările dumneavoastră, îndrumându-vă în aplicarea prevederilor legislaţiei privind sistemul public de asigurări sociale, astfel încât să vă îndepliniţi în mod voluntar şi la timp obligaţiile faţă de bugetul asigurărilor social de stat. Pentru a încuraja conformarea voluntară la plata contribuţiilor de asigurări sociale de stat obligatorii, reamintim că data de 26 decembrie curent reprezintă termenul limită de plată a obligaţiilor faţă de bugetul asigurărilor sociale de stat pentru luna noiembrie. Îndeplinind obligaţiile la termenele scadente nu veţi plăti majorări de întârziere (penalităţi) şi nu se vor constata contravenţii administrative. Sancţionările au ca scop descurajarea neconformării voluntare. Contând pe conformarea voluntară la plata contribuţiilor de asigurări sociale de stat obligatorii, vă mulţumim anticipat pentru aportul adus de dumneavoastră în constituirea la timp a acumulărilor necesare bugetului asigurărilor sociale de stat.
