În Chișinău a crescut numărul restanțierilor și a sumei restanței pentru impozitul imobiliar

Șeful direcției taxe locale din Chișinău, Grigore Gasnaș, a comunicat luni, la ședința subdiviziunilor primăriei Chișinăului că suma acumulărilor din impozitul imobiliar a crescut în 2016 cu 1% față de anul precedent. Aceasta este și cu 6% mai mare față de indicele mediu din ultimii 10 ani. În 2016, potrivit lui Gasnaș, a crescut suma impozitului calculat cu 2,6 mln lei. În același timp, a crescut și suma restanțelor – cu 11 mii de lei. Gasnaș a subliniat că numărul datornicilor cu restanțe la plata impozitului imobiliar în sumă mai mare de 1 mie de lei a crescut anul trecut cu 440 de oameni. Acestei categorii a contribuabililor îi revine peste 60 la sută din datoria pentru impozit, care în prezent este de 7,5 mln lei. Anul trecut, direcția noastră s-a adresat la aparatul central al serviciului fiscal, cu rugămintea să fie aplicată perceperea silită față de datornici. În acest sens au fost inițiate modificări la legislație, dar progrese nu sunt, a spus el.
