În luna mai în Chișinău au fost eliberate circa 850 de autorizații de comerț

Pe parcursul lunii mai 2019, Direcția generală comerț, alimentație și prestări servicii a Primăriei municipiului Chișinău a eliberat 851 autorizații de comerț. Totodată, doar în primele zece zile ale lunii iunie, au fost eliberate 224 de autorizații. În conformitate cu prevederile art. 13, pct. 6, lit. c) al Legii cu privire la comerțul interior, pentru desfăşurarea activităţilor de comerţ, comercianţii trebuie să notifice autoritatea administraţiei publice locale. În același timp, activitatea de comerț încetează, la cererea comerciantului, începând cu data de depunere a notificării de încetare a activității, cu anexarea extrasului din Registrul de stat al persoanelor juridice sau din Registrul de stat al întreprinzătorilor individuali, buletinului de identitate, actului care confirmă împuternicirile reprezentantului (în cazul în care notificarea este depusă prin intermediul unui reprezentant) și autorizația de funcționare eliberată de către Direcție. Reamintim că, la sfârșitul lunii mai 2019, a fost propus spre consultare publică proiectul Regulamentului de desfășurare a activității de comerț în municipiul Chișinău, ce reglementează cerințele de organizare a comerțului ambulant mobil și cu ridicata, activitatea piețelor comerciale, desfășurarea activității teraselor de vară, gheretelor, comercializarea producției alcoolice, activitățile de jocuri cu noroc și câștiguri în bani, cerințele privind regimul de lucru al comercianților etc. Recomandările pe marginea acestui proiect au putut fi expediate până pe data de 7 iunie. Note: - Notificarea de comerț la transmiterea imobilului în locațiune - Notificarea privind inițierea activității de comerț pentru gospodăriile țărănești - Notificarea privind inițierea activității de comerț pentru aparatele de cafea
