În perioada 19-23 septembrie va fi organizată licitaţa de vânzare a acţiunilor proprietate publică

A doua licitaţie din acest an de vânzare a acţiunilor proprietate publică va avea loc la Bursa de valori a Moldovei. La vânzare sunt scoase pachete de acţiuni ale 23 de societăţi din diferite sectoare ale economiei, la nouă dintre care pachetul depăşeşte 50% din capitalul social. În special, la licitaţie sunt scoase: 100% din acţiunile SA Barza Albă, 100% - Comerţ-Petrol, 90,81% - Tutun-CTC, 60,18% acţiuni ale hotelului Chişinău, 59,486% - Floare-Carpet, 31,415% - Glass Container Company, etc. Costul de start a celor 23 de pachete de acţiuni scoase la licitaţie cu strigare este de 804,2 mil. lei. Este de menţionat că la prima licitaţie din acest an de vânzare a acţiunilor proprietate publică, desfăşurată la Bursa de Valori a Moldovei, în perioada 4-8 aprilie, au fost vândute pachetele de acţiuni deţinute de stat în SA Unic (84,45%), Aeroport Catering (100%) şi Amelioratorul (99,385%). Suma totală a tranzacţiilor a fost de 258,3 mil. lei, iar acţiunile statului din toate cele trei societăţi au fost vândute la preţul iniţial.
