În sesiunea de toamnă eforturile deputaților se vor concentra pe evaluarea implementării legilor

Prioritățile sesiunii de toamnă a Parlamentului au fost discutate de Președintele Parlamentului Andrian Candu cu președinții comisiilor parlamentare, în cadrul unei ședințe de lucru. Speakerul a anunțat că eforturile deputaților în sesiunea de toamnă se vor concentra pe controlul parlamentar și evaluarea implementării legilor, în contextul reformelor prioritare inițiate. În context, Andrian Candu a solicitat președinților de comisii să elaboreze un calendar al audierilor parlamentare, pentru a fi evaluată implementarea pachetelor de legi adoptate de Parlament. ”În sesiunea de toamnă ne vom axa pe audieri parlamentare și control parlamentar în tot ceea ce înseamnă implementarea reformelor, implementarea Acordului de Asociere. Am rugat președinții comisiilor să pună la dispoziție, timp de o săptămână, calendarul audierilor și domeniile în care urmează să fie organizate aceste audieri și este cazul. Avem inițiate reforme și în justiție, și în economie, și în sănătate, de aceea comisiile, cu siguranță, au de lucru”, a declarat Andrian Candu. Totodată, Președintele Parlamentului a menționat că săptămâna viitoare se va convoca în ședință Consiliul Parlamentar pentru Integrare Europeană. Subiectul principal al discuțiilor va fi raportul Curții Europene de Conturi și utilizarea fondurilor externe pentru dezvoltarea Republicii Moldova. Potrivit Speakerului, și în sesiunea de toamnă va avea loc sincronizarea agendelor dintre Parlament și Guvern, în perioada următoare urmând a fi convocată o ședință comună Parlament-Guvern. Guvernul a transmis Parlamentului 32 de acte legislative, care urmează a fi examinate și adoptate în mod prioritar în sesiunea de toamnă. Este vorba, în special, despre pachetul de legi pentru consolidarea sistemului financiar-bancar, reorganizarea SIS, modernizarea Serviciului Vamal și a Serviciului Fiscal de Stat, diverse modificări și completări a legislației pentru implementarea Acordului de Asociere. În prezent, pe agenda de lucru a Parlamentului se află 372 de proiecte de acte legislative. Prima ședință plenară din sesiunea de toamnă a Parlamentului va avea loc în perioada următoare, la propunerea Biroului permanent. Parlamentul s-a convocat în sesiunea de toamnă începând cu data de 1 septembrie.
