În trimestrul III din 2016, în Moldova au fost înregistrate 78,8 mii de operațiuni imobiliare

Acest indice este cu 4% mai mare decât în același trimestru din 2015. Datele acestea au fost oferite de Î.S. Cadastru, care precizează că este vorba despre operațiuni de vânzare-cumpărare, moșternire, dăruire sau schimb de imobile. În iulie-septembrie 2016 au fost înregistrate 27,9 mii de operațiuni de vânzare-cumpărare a imobilelor sau cu 8% mai mult decât în perioada similară din 2015. În același timp, numărul tranzacțiiilor de construcție ipotecare s-a redus cu 72%, până la 3,6 mii. În jur de 42% din operațiunile ipotecare au fost înregistrate în municipiul Chișinău.
