Încă 215 cetățeni vor beneficia de indemnizația unică pentru asigurarea cu spațiu locativ

Ministerul Finanțelor propune prelungirea termenului de eșalonare pentru acordarea indemnizațiilor unice persoanelor care nu au fost asigurate cu spațiu locativ conform normelor legale. Reamintim că în anul 2010 a fost aprobată Hotărârea Guvernului nr.836 din 13.09.2010 ”Cu privire la acordarea indemnizațiilor unice pentru construcția sau procurarea spațiului locativ sau restaurarea caselor vechi unor categorii de cetățeni”. Aceasta prevede că acordarea indemnizațiilor unice pentru spațiu locativ se eșalonează pe o perioadă de până la 5 ani, începând cu 1 ianuarie 2014 până la 31 decembrie 2018. Potrivit notei proiectului, prelungirea termenului de eșalonare până la 31 decembrie 2019 este necesară în scopul acordării dreptului la indemnizații unice pentru încă 215 beneficiari. Mijloacele financiare necesare în acest scop constituie 9 mil. lei. Totodată, în cadrul bugetar pe termen mediu pe anii 2019-2021, pentru acordarea indemnizațiilor unice pentru construcția sau procurarea spațiului locativ sau restaurarea caselor vechi unor categorii de cetățeni, pentru anul 2019 sunt estimate mijloace financiare în volum de 8,5 mil.lei.
