Încă 47 de autorități și instituții publice aplică sistemul informatic de evidență contabilă administrat de CTIF

În primele șase luni ale anului curent, încă 47 de autorități și instituții publice au demarat, cu suportul specialiștilor IT ai Centrului de Tehnologii Informaționale în Finanțe (CTIF), implementarea Sistemului Informațional Integrat de Evidență Contabilă în Autoritățile Publice pe platforma 1C (SIIECAP) administrat de CTIF. La sfârșitul lunii iunie 2019, acest sistem era utilizat de către 985 de autorități și instituții publice din țară. Din cele 985 entități, 626 sunt deservite de specialiștii IT din cadrul CTIF, iar 359 – de companiile IT partenere, cu care CTIF a încheiat contracte de mentenanță a sistemului SIIECAP. Lista noilor beneficiari ai sistemului informatic de evidență contabilă include 24 de instituții de învățământ, 13 primării, 10 autorități și instituții publice la nivel raional și național, printre care Consiliul Concurenței, Inspectoratul de Stat al Muncii, Agenția de Stat pentru Protecția Moralității. Utilizarea SIIECAP pe platforma 1C asigură automatizarea evidenței contabile a sectoarelor din gestiunea autorităților și instituțiilor publice, fapt ce facilitează munca contabililor la procesarea documentelor primare în format electronic, introducerea informației în rapoartele financiare și expedierea acestora în adresa instanțelor de resort. Acest sistem a fost ajustat de către CTIF la planul de conturi și noua clasificație bugetară, fiind unicul program integrat ce conține toate modulele necesare pentru ținerea evidenței contabile conform cerințelor Ordinului Ministerului Finanțelor nr. 216 din 28.12.2015 și asigură interacțiunea cu sistemele informaționale ale Ministerului Finanțelor, Serviciului Fiscal de Stat și Casei Naționale de Asigurări Sociale. Autoritățile și instituțiile publice care utilizează SIIECAP pe platforma 1C, localizate în afara mun. Chișinău, beneficiază de suport tehnic din partea celor 32 de reprezentanți ai CTIF în teritoriu și de servicii de consultanță oferite de specialiștii secției suport sisteme informaționale de evidență contabilă a CTIF. Datele statistice arată că, în perioada de referință, specialiștii IT din cadrul CTIF au oferit beneficiarilor în medie сâte 2,7 mii de consultații lunar privind utilizarea funcționalitățiIor sistemului SIIECAP. Autoritățile și instituțiile publice interesate de implementarea SIIECAP pe platforma 1C pot solicita contractarea serviciilor respective la adresa: 1C_SIIECAP@ctif.gov.md sau la tel: 022 820 026. Detaliile despre procedura de contractare a serviciilor de implementare și mentenanță a SIIECAP pe platforma 1C pot fi găsite pe pagina web oficială a CTIF.
