Încă două instituții vor fuziona

Întreprinderea de Stat „Pentru exploatarea clădirilor” va fi reorganizată prin fuziune cu Instituția publică Direcția generală pentru administrarea clădirilor Guvernului Republicii Moldova. Hotărârea a fost aprobată în cadrul ședinței Guvernului din 15 noiembrie. Obiectivul de bază urmărit este optimizarea costurilor, creșterea eficienței gestionării spațiilor date, a anunțat ministrul Economiei și Infrastructurii, Octavian Calmâc. Cancelaria de Stat va fi responsabilă ca, în termen de o lună, să facă toate modificările și completările corespunzătoare în Statutul Instituției publice Direcția generală pentru administrarea clădirilor Guvernului Republicii Moldova și efectivul-limită al acesteia, iar Agenția Servicii Publice va asigura modificarea actelor de constituire și a documentelor cadastrale, conform legislației. În proiectul hotărârii se menționează că pe parcursul ultimilor ani activitatea financiară a Întreprinderii de Stat „Pentru exploatarea clădirilor” a înregistrat constant pierderi, iar acțiunile întreprinse de administrație pentru îmbunătățirea situației economico-financiare nu au adus rezultate. În urma fuzionării Direcției generale pentru administrarea clădirilor Guvernului Republicii Moldova cu Întreprinderea de Stat Pentru exploatarea clădirilor va schimba statutul și destinația economică a imobilelor deținute de ultima, care vor fi utilizate pentru prestarea altor tipuri de servicii ce sunt solicitate la moment pe piața internă, iar utilizarea fondurilor Direcției generale pentru administrarea clădirilor Guvernului Republicii Moldova va duce la ameliorarea situației de facto, se mai menționează în proiect.
