Încheierea contractului de asigurare RCA prin metode electronice

În cazul în care contractul de asigurare RCA este încheiat prin utilizarea oricărui mijloc electronic, iar persoana nu a aplicat semnătura electronică calificată avansată, se va considera că prin plata primei de asigurare asiguratul a consimțit încheierea contractului. În Monitorul Oficial din 27 martie curent a fost publicată Hotărârea Comisiei Naționale a Pieței Financiare nr. 13/3 din 24.03.2020 privind modificarea Hotărârii CNPF nr. 20/5/2008. Astfel, a fost completat pct.6.2. din Anexa nr. 3 a Hotărârii nr.20/5/2008, care prevede că prima de asigurare reprezintă suma pe care asiguratul se obligă să o plătească asigurătorului pentru preluarea de către acesta a riscului în asigurare. Plata primei către asigurător se consideră acceptare de către asigurat a contractului de asigurare. Prevederile au intrat în vigoare la data publicării.
