Indemnizaţii pentru copiii rămaşi temporar fără ocrotire părintească

Guvernul a aprobat o Hotărâre de ţine de modificarea şi completarea Regulamentului cu privire la condiţiile de stabilire şi plată a indemnizaţiilor pentru copiii adoptaţi şi cei aflaţi sub tutelă sau curatelă. Astfel, proiectul prevede acordarea, începând cu 1 ianuarie, a dreptului la indemnizaţia lunară pentru întreţinerea copiilor rămaşi temporar fără ocrotire părintească. Statutul de copil rămas temporar fără ocrotire părintescă este atribuit copiilor ai căror părinţi lipsesc o perioadă mai mare de 30 de zile din cauza aflării la tratament în condiţii de staţionar în instituţiile medicale, fapt confirmat de certificatul medical eliberat de instituţia medicală coresunzătoare. Totodată, copii rămaşi temporar fără ocrotire părintească sunt şi cei ai căror părinţi nu au posibilitate să-şi îndeplinească obligaţiile de creştere şi educare a copiilor din cauza unor probleme grave de sănătate, fiind ţinuţi la pat, ai căror părinţi se află în arest sau ai căror părinţi sunt pedepsiţi cu pivaţiune de libertate. Potrivit documentului, situaţia şi necesităţile de protecţie a copiilor rămaşi temporar fără ocrotire părintescă sunt similare cu cele ale copiilor fără ocrotire părintească, astfel, este evidentă necesitatea acordării acestui grup de copii a dreptului la stabilirea şi plata aceloraşi indemnizaţii ca şi pentru copii fără ocrotire părintească. De asemenea, se propune precizarea faptului că, în cazul copiilor, care au împlinit vârsta de 18 ani, până la finalizarea studiilor, indemnizaţia lunară se achită înclusiv până la finalizarea sesiunii de examen, a specificat Ministrul Muncii, Protecţiei Sociale şi Familiei, Stela Grigoraş. Pentru plata indemnizaţiei menţionate vor fi necesare, suplimentar, 6 mil. 240 mii lei anual. Conform datelor Direcţiilor asistenţă socială şi protecţie a familiei, numărul copiilor rămaşi temporar fără ocrotire părintească în anul 2016 a constituit 650.
