Indemnizația de incapacitate temporară de muncă. Plățile luate în calcul la determinarea salariului mediu

Lista plăților efectuate angajatului la care este luat în considerare salariul mediu este completată cu plata indemnizației pentru incapacitate temporară de muncă cauzată de boli obișnuite sau de accidente nelegate de muncă achitate din mijloacele angajatorului.

Aceasta va fi determinată prin înmulțirea salariului mediu pe o zi calendaristică la numărul zilelor de incapacitate temporară de muncă (ce nu poate depăși 5 zile calendaristice), rezultatul obținut se recalculează la cota de menținere a salariului mediu al angajatului – 75%. În MO nr.400-406 din 31 decembrie Executivul a publicat Hotărârea nr. 685 din 27 decembrie 2019 cu privire la modificarea unor hotărâri ale Guvernului, care a intrat în vigoare din 1 ianuarie curent. Totodată, documentul prevede și completarea Regulamentului cu privire la modul de stabilire și plată a indemnizațiilor adresate familiilor cu copii.
