Indemnizația unică la nașterea copilului va fi majorată

Guvernul a susținut un proiect de lege ce prevede stabilirea indemnizației unice la nașterea copilului în cuantum egal cu valoarea monetară a coșului minim de bunuri necesare la nașterea copilului, calculată pentru anul precedent. Indicatorul a fost elaborat și calculat de Academia de Științe a Moldovei, constituind 5,3 mii lei. După intrarea în vigoare a legii, indemnizația unică la nașterea copilului va fi uniformizată și majorată cu 2,2 mii lei la nașterea primului copil și cu 1,9 mii lei la nașterea următorilor copii. Proiectul de lege prevede majorarea perioadei de acordare a indemnizației lunare pentru întreținerea copilului în cazul persoanelor neasigurate, până la împlinirea de către copil a vârstei de doi ani. Totodată, se propune introducerea unui nou tip de prestație – indemnizația lunară de suport pentru creșterea până la vârsta de trei ani a copiilor gemeni sau mai mulți copii născuți dintr-o singură sarcină, care va constitui 270 de lei lunar (50% din mărimea indemnizației lunare pentru întreținerea copilului în cazul persoanelor neasigurate). Proiectul mai vine cu o noutate. Se va acorda dreptul la indemnizația lunară pentru întreținerea copilului aflat sub tutelă/curatelă și a copiilor rămași temporar fără ocrotire părintească. Deci, copiii ai căror părinți lipsesc o perioadă mai mare de 30 de zile din cauza aflării la tratament în condiții de staționar în instituții medicale, copiii ai căror părinți nu au posibilitate să-și îndeplinească obligațiile de creștere și educare a copiilor din cauza altor probleme grave de sănătate, fiind ținuți la pat, precum și copiii ai căror părinți se află în arest vor primi indemnizație lunară. Conform datelor oficiale, în anul 2015 au fost înregistrați 650 de copii rămași temporar fără ocrotire părintească. Prevederile vor intra în vigoare la data de 1 ianuarie 2017.
