Indemnizațiile unice prevăzute pentru funcționarii publici disponibilizați, reduse

Indemnizațiile unice, prevăzute pentru achitarea funcționarilor publici care vor fi disponibilizați, au fost reduse. Parlamentul a votat în lectură finală un proiect care prevede ca aceste plăți să fie achitate în funcție de vechimea în muncă. Bugetarii care au lucrat între 2 și 7 ani, vor beneficia de o alocație în mărime de două salarii medii lunare. Cei care au o vechime de muncă între șapte și 15 ani vor ridica de două ori mai mult. Bugetarii care au lucrat mai mult de 15 ani vor primi șase salarii medii lunare. Indemnizațiile vor fi achitate în fiecare lună și nu concomitent, cum prevedea legislația până acum. Documentul mai prevede că, după atingerea vârstei de pensionare, funcționarul public va avea dreptul să muncească în aceeași autoritate încă cinci ani, și nu trei cum este în prezent.
